This broad business degree begins with an integrated foundation year that develops the academic skills and confidence needed for university study. The degree stages then introduce the key functions of contemporary organisations and build the commercial, digital and leadership capabilities needed for a wide range of business careers.
Foundation Year
The Foundation Year develops academic writing, research, critical thinking, communication and subject-specific confidence before progression to Level 4. Successful completion leads directly into the degree stages of the programme.

Standard entry
- A minimum of 45 credits at Level 3 completed within the last three years, or an equivalent qualification.
Alternative entry
- Applicants without the standard qualification may be considered with at least two years of professional work experience, supported by a CV and reference.
- Applications through a non-standard route are assessed individually and may require a personal statement, interview, CV or references.
English language
- IELTS 6.0 overall with no component below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 80, or an accepted equivalent.
- Previous study in English may be accepted with suitable evidence of the medium of instruction.
