When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, course preferences, eligibility answers, preferred contact method and the information needed to respond to your enquiry.
Personalised email links
Some follow-up emails contain a personalised link. When that link opens a course page, we record the visit in our customer relationship system so we can avoid sending an irrelevant reminder and provide more useful support. The link uses a random identifier rather than your name, email address or CRM record number. We do not use it for browser fingerprinting.
