Course overview
The programme explores the concepts, theories and techniques used across global business and applies them to practical organisational challenges. Students examine how people, markets, societies and international environments shape decisions while developing the commercial awareness and transferable skills required for a professional business career.
Teaching and learning
Teaching uses lectures, tutorials, seminars, workshops and project work, totalling approximately 12 taught hours per week.
Students are expected to complete approximately 38 hours of independent study per week, supported by Blackboard resources and reading lists.

- A levels: CCC, or an accepted international equivalent.
- GCSE English Language grade 4/C and GCSE Mathematics grade 4/C, or accepted equivalents.
- Country-specific and other equivalent qualifications are considered against Ulster University's published requirements.

- IELTS 6.0 with no individual component below 5.5, or an accepted equivalent qualification.
