This degree builds a broad understanding of business management while focusing on the realities of international markets and cross-cultural organisations. Students connect finance, marketing, people management, law and information systems with strategy, operations and entrepreneurship, then apply their knowledge through an independent major project.
Teaching and learning
Teaching combines lectures, seminars, tutorials, case studies, practical scenarios, workshops, guest speakers and guided independent study. The published learning pattern identifies approximately 24% scheduled learning and teaching and 76% guided independent study at each stage.

Entry requirements

Standard academic entry
- 104 UCAS Tariff points are required for the three-year degree; Level 3 subjects can be in any subject area.
- Five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, or accepted equivalents, are required and must include English and Mathematics.
English language
- IELTS 6.0 or an accepted equivalent, with no component below 5.5, is required for applicants using international or EU qualifications.

EU nationals who meet the relevant residency requirements may qualify for Home fee status; otherwise overseas fees apply.
