Course overview
This industry-focused degree develops the knowledge and practical skills required to manage construction projects safely, sustainably, on time and within budget. Students study planning, technology, health and safety, quality and sustainable construction while working with digital tools such as Building Information Modelling, CAD and project-management software.
Learning format
Hybrid learning combines online teaching with scheduled attendance at Greenwich Campus. Mondays are online from 6:00–8:00 PM. Students attend on campus on two Tuesdays per month from 6:00–8:00 PM and two Saturdays per month from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Assessment is career-focused and may include applied design and construction projects, drawings and digital outputs, reports, presentations, technical problem-solving, research and project-management work.

Academic entry
- A UK Level 3 qualification or an equivalent EU/overseas qualification. The current course page displays 48 UCAS tariff points together with an inline update referencing 64 UCAS points, so the exact threshold should be confirmed for the selected intake.
- An Access qualification with at least 45 achieved credits may also be considered.
- Applicants aged 21 or over who do not meet the standard criteria may be considered through relevant academic, professional or vocational experience and evidence of commitment to study.
English language
- IELTS 5.5 overall with at least 5.5 in each component, or an accepted equivalent such as GCSE English Language grade 4/C or above.
- Applicants without formal proof of English may be able to take the provider's internal online English test.
