Teaching combines lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials, practical activity and independent study, supported by academic and employability guidance.
Assessment can include coursework, critical reports, case work, presentations, practical exercises, individual and group projects and a substantial research or professional-practice project.
The optional Advanced Practice stage provides an additional experiential project such as an internship, consultancy, research, professional-practice, enterprise or innovation project, subject to the route offered.

Academic entry
- A minimum UK 2:2 honours degree from a recognised university, or an accepted equivalent qualification, is normally required.
- Applicants with substantial relevant professional experience or an appropriate professional qualification may be considered individually.
English language
- IELTS 6.5 with no individual element below 5.5, or an accepted equivalent.
International and non-standard entry
Equivalent international qualifications and non-standard applicants are considered against the current published requirements for the chosen route.
